Women Rock Wings presents our Fly High Aviation Careerathon. (Aviation Career Expo) it is our goal to highlight and connect the array of aviation industry opportunities from Employer to Employee.

Day 1 – Dover AFB, DE
This day of the event is curated especially for our military members and their families. Employers will have direct access to 7000 Active Duty, Reserve Members mil spouses and children on Dover AFB. This day will allow members who are transitioning, spouses and veterans to engage career opportunities.

Day 2 – Dover, DE
Employers and Career Seekers alike would also have the opportunity to engage with the one another creating prospective
